No Refunds/No Exchanges:
Estilosa reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds to all orders. Only orders that have been damaged due to shipment would be considered in a case by case basis.
You can submit an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your item via Whatsapp or live chat, after this period has passed we cannot accept any requests.
If the defect was from our side we’ll pay for everything including shipping and altering but if not the customer should take all responsibility.
